Blue State Digital’s newest office, and west coast headquarters, serves a growing portfolio of business, NGO, political and film clientele. Located in the historic Pellissier Building on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in Los Angeles, CA. The building is a 12-story, Art Deco landmark, considered one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in the United States and is home to a variety of companies and nonprofit organizations.
Located in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood, a bustling business district and neighborhood, our office sits directly on the red line and is convenient to both the 10 and 110 freeways. Adjacent to the building is the famous Wiltern Theatre. It was originally designed as a vaudeville theatre but over the years fell into disarray. Some of the original artwork in both of the buildings was lost but its grandeur was restored in the late 80’s with the help of conservancy groups. Today the building has been named to the National Register of Historic Places and has been declared a Historic-Cultural Monument by the City of Los Angeles.
