In 2005, newly-elected chairman Governor Howard Dean tasked Blue State Digital with taking the Democratic National Committee's Internet presence to the next level. The mission included not only launching a brand new web site with the latest technology, but fundamentally restructuring the Internet and technology operations of the DNC.
